Knowing The Basics And Sprocket Of The 80 cc Bicycle Motor Kit

Firstly, the engine is built for 24 to 26 inches width of bicycles. You must make sure that the horizontal portion provides enough space for the engine. The process starts with the installation of a wheel sprocket. You have to slit one of the rubber washers and then place it around the rear wheel shaft. Later, you will mount the sprocket to the rear wheel and make sure it is not over-tightened. When the sprocket is perpendicular to the wheel axis, reinstall the rear wheel to your bicycle. Carburetor And The Engine

You need to remove the valve mechanism present in the carburetor and insert the spring return to the attached end of the valve plunger. This cable inserted into the carburetor moves down to the engine. The diamond frame of your bicycle can fit in the engine so that the exhaust silencer points towards the ground. You have to remove the exhaust silencer in order to tighten the present mounting nuts. You will have to mark the area through the hole of the engine on your bicycle frame. Then place the larger bolt running through the frame and then through the motor mount area. Your engine and carburetor are set to connect through the other parts.

Installing Chain Drive, Clutch, And Fuel Tank Of Your 80cc Bicycle Motor Kit

Start with removing the spark plug and chain cover. You will have to break the chain on the sprocket in order to remove the excess from the chain. This is to avoid over-tension or lack of the same on the chain pulley. Now install the chain guide pulley and later chain guard, replacing the spark plug. The clutch needs to be installed beneath the left handle break. Run the wire straight to the engine and insert a protective wire over the cable. Now, insert the cable through the anchor pivot. Tighten the cable to the clutch lever on your engine. Next, the fuel tank must be installed on the top tube. You need to tighten the fuel valve to the tank. Also, make sure the wire is cut to a specific length so that it connects the fuel valve to the carburetor.
